MONDAY JULY 25^TH LEAK REPAIR

On Monday, July 25th between 3pm until 5pm LRS Plumbing will be on site to repair a pinhole leak in the hot water return line. The leak has affected the common area only, and the repair will take place on the roof. Water should not be affected by this repair. Management will keep you posted on the progress.

There has been an increase in smoking complaints. Please be courteous to your neighbors and refrain from smoking as the odor is bothersome. Please be a good neighbor.
